Return/ Exchange Policy
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we offer easy returns.
- So long as item are received within 12 days of delivery date that is shown on shipping delivery receipt we will honor our money back guarantee.
- If items are not received back within 12 listed on shipping delivery receipt your item arw eligible for a exchange or store credit considering we don’t receive item past 21 days
- For refunds to be honored we must receive item withing 12 days of shipping delivery receipt.
- If items are received past 21 days no further refund or exchange will be offered at that time 100 % non negotiable
- If we receive item past 21 days we will ship your item back to you but The customer must issue payment for return shipping(around $10 bucks)
- Only 1 return/exchange will be offered per item .
- Prepaid Return shipping labels are offered on all orders.
- A $7 restocking fee will be applied to all orders over $35
- Once your return item is received and inspected we will issue a return to the payment method provided
- Engraved or custom orders are not eligible for returns.
- We reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason although we usually don’t !
